ServicePoint and Service Telephone

The ServicePoint and the service telephone are the first places for students and prospective students to turn to if they would like to attend CampusCenter office hours or contact the Service for Students or the Central Office of Academic Advising and Psychological Counselling by telephone.

They will receive brief, standard information about applying, admissions and studying (see responsibilities). More complex concerns which cannot be conclusively addressed at the ServicePoint or using the service telephone will be forwarded to the responsible contact at CampusCenter.
