You are fascinated by the process of European integration and the way it holds fascination for other regions in the world? Do you wish to deepen your understanding of this process and be actively involved in it? You aspire to a career in which well-grounded legal, economic and political science knowledge about European integration is indispensable? You have already completed your first degree preferably in the area of law, economics or political science with an outstanding result?
The Master Programme is designed for highly qualified graduates from all over the world who aspire for a position in the EU institutions, International Organisations, national administrations or enterprises and law firms.
Based on highest academic standards the students will be provided with in-depth knowledge about the European Union, the functioning of its economy and its role in the world. The Master programme’s special feature consists of an interdisciplinary approach combining law, economics and political science.
Participation in the Master Programme leads to the award of one of two academic titles
The curriculum consists of a basic programme covering the foundations of the European Union as a legal, economic and political community, as well as an elective programme allowing students to specialise in one of the four areas: “The EU as a Political Actor”, “External Relations of the EU”, “Companies as Economic Actors” and “Law of the EU”.

Ten months (October to July).
The Master Programme is primarily run in English, in parts also in German as a secondary course language. It is however possible to study the entire programme in English.
8,500 Euros. Prospective students should apply to the appropriate institutions for stipends to help cover tuition fees and/or basic living expenses. The Europa-Kolleg has only limited funds at its disposal for students from Central and Eastern Europe. These are granted by private and public sponsors.
15 April for the following winter semester.
