Ex-matriculation

You can ex-matriculate during the semester at any time throughout the semester or at the end of the semester.

To ex-matriculate, you will need:

• the ex-matriculation application, filled out and signed
• a simple copy of your transcript of records following graduation
• the student-ID to give back (in case of ex-matrikulation in the current semester)

If you meet with the Student Affairs Team (see home page) at the CampusCenter during their office hours, you can take the ex-matriculation along with you.

Please note

With the day of exmatriculation the right to access STiNE and your University email account will automatically expire and you will not be able to log in to these account anymore. Former students who have been exmatriculated are no longer members of the University of Hamburg. The regulations of the regional data center (Regionales Rechenzentrum RRZ) only allow members of the university to make use of their systems. It is not possible to extend the access to the RRZ-system.
